30-Day Return Policy:

At Jadore Fine Jewelry, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy with the exception of custom orders.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1 The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2 The item must be in its original, unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags intact. This includes any gift boxes, pouches, or certificates of authenticity.

3 The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.

If the above conditions are met, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
